Printing

We are using 4 different printing techniques. To choose the right one we check different criterias like: quantity, purpose, place, optical and haptical effects, etc. In following we give you some short information about our printing techniques and characteristics.

Digital Steam-Printing (DC)

DC Technik

Therefore we use the latest printing machines with a solution of 720 dpi and 4c + 4 special colours. We are able to print up to a maximal widht of 220 cm in one pice. The colours are fixed through a special steaming process after printing. This technique is different to the digital printing and enables more brillant colours, soft flowing clothes and on both sides visible images.

Ideal for flags and banners, in- and outdoor. Very high solution and brillant colours due to 4+4c technique. Reverse side appears as mirror image. Shortest delivery times, for one up to thousand pieces.

By the way: Our colours are all absolutely non-pullutant.

Chemical Steam Screen-Printing

Siebdruck

For flags, banners and parasols, in and outdoor. Brillant real colours. Reverse side appears as mirror image. Ideal for midlle- and big quantities.

Screen-Printing

The classical sreen-printing techique we use mostly for parasols.

Digital Printing (PVC, Mesh)

Mostly for our MEGA-Prints und PVC banners for in- and outdoor use. Therefore we use VUTEK maschines with 4/8 colours, 720 dpi and max. printing width of 5 m. Broader formats are welded together.
